Shipping and Handling:
Postage and Packaging costs for deliveries within the UK are £4. Delivery to EIRE is £10 and delivery outside of Europe is £15.
Our normal despatch period is 3 to 5 working days, weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days, using Royal Mail recorded delivery service. Parcels must be signed for and cannot be left in the porch, garage, shed etc. Orders should be received within a maximum of 14 working days. Any claims for lost goods will not be actioned until after 15 working days from despatch. We do not pay the postage costs of returns.
On receipt of your order and payment clearance we will despatch your goods as described above. Once goods have been despatched we will advise you by email. If your chosen goods are out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email. If we cannot meet your requirements we will credit your method of payment.
We can deliver to an alternative address, however you MUST use the correct billing address of where your credit card is registered when prompted. There is a separate space to choose an alternative delivery address.
Please note that for any items that are returned to us by Royal Mail as uncollected from their sorting office, we will contact the customer for the delivery charge before we despatch it a second time.
The price is inclusive of any payable V.A.T. in the U.K.
You warrant that the information entered onto the Order Form is true.
Where we sell to you under a consumer transaction (as defined by the Consumer Transactions (Restrictions on Statements) Order 1976 your statutory rights are not affected by this agreement.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (full price goods only) you can return it within 14 days of purchase in its original condition. We will refund the product price, but we will not refund postage costs. For sale goods we can only offer an exchange or credit note.
