Payment can be made online by all major credit or debit cards.
Our site uses the latest 128 bit SSL security, complying with and exceeding all necessary security requirements to protect your details. We do not store any sensitive information (card number, etc).
SSL encrypts your order online to avoid any decoding of that information of anyone other than the necessary processing parties. To check the security of your connection, look at the status bar of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock then, depending upon your browser, SSL is active. You can also double check by looking at the URL line of your browser - while accessing a secure server the first characters of the address will change from HTTP to HTTPS.
At Elfin we always hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase but recognise that there can be certain issues with the goods once they are received. We are therefore happy to offer you a full refund or exchange (on full price goods) if you are not entirely satisfied.
All items must be returned to us in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unworn and with all the labels still attached.
The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase and a copy of the receipt should be enclosed in the parcel. All successfully returned items can only be credited to the account originally used to purchase the items. We are unable to refund delivery charges.
When returning goods it is advisable to use an insured method of delivery since ‘Elfin’ will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels returned to us.
Please note that for sale items we only offer a credit note or exchange – no refunds will be given.
With exchanges, your new item(s) will be despatched to you as soon as your returned goods are received and any additional payment which is required.
For deliveries within the UK, we aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days (bank holidays are not classed as working days). However Elfin cannot guarantee that it will get there in the specified timescale if there is a problem with the courier. International orders will be despatched on the next working day.
We can deliver to an alternative address. There is a separate space to choose an alternative delivery address.
Orders should be received within a maximum of 14 working days. Any claims for lost goods will not be actioned until after 15 working days from despatch.
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Once goods have been despatched we will advise you by e-mail.
If your chosen goods are out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by e-mail. If we cannot meet your requirements we will credit your method of payment.
Delivery to the UK is £4. A signature will be required upon receipt.
Delivery to Europe and EIRE is £10. A signature will be required upon receipt.
Delivery outside Europe is £15. A signature will be required upon receipt.
